The Las Vegas opening is part of a broader infrastructure push that also includes new or expanded facilities in Dallas, West Palm Beach and Washington.

NetJets said it has opened a 300,000 square feet facility at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, developed in partnership with Signature Aviation.

The campus includes a 17,069-square-foot private owner terminal, two hangars, one for NetJets fleet operations and one operated by Executive Jet Management serving both NetJets and EJM aircraft, more than 250,000 square feet of dedicated ramp space accommodating approximately 25 aircraft, and a 24/7 Service Hub maintenance facility.

“We invest where our owners want to be, and we build experiences worthy of how they travel,” said Patrick Gallagher, president, NetJets Aviation. “Las Vegas’ position as a global destination for premier sporting events, world-class entertainment, and luxury hospitality drives significant surges in Owner travel throughout the year.”

“Together with NetJets, we are proud to open a luxury facility that reflects the future of private aviation, focused on seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience,” said Tony Lefebvre, CEO of Signature Aviation.

The investment is driven by sustained demand growth. NetJets flight activity to Las Vegas has grown nearly 45% since 2022, totalling almost 8,000 flights through the end of 2025, with 2026 year-to-date demand running approximately 30% ahead of the same period last year.

The Las Vegas opening is part of a broader infrastructure push that also includes new or expanded facilities in Dallas, West Palm Beach and Washington DC, all developed in partnership with Signature Aviation.
