MySky has acquired SAFEJETS’ FTL platform as it expands into the Turkish market.

Used by over 130 aircraft and commanding 90% of the Turkish market share, SAFEJETS FTL offers a crew management, flight scheduling and duty time tool for operators across the region.

MySky plans to enhance the platform’s development capabilities and increase industry integrations.

Tevfik Uyar, founder of SAFEJETS, said: “SAFEJETS has always stood for reliability and innovation in Turkish business aviation. By joining forces with MySky, which is a revolution in the aviation industry, we are writing the next chapter of our FTL platform with more power, more people and more potential than ever, without losing the local touch and expertise.”

The FTL platform will remain fully operational for all existing customers, with no disruption in service. Uyar will also continue supporting the company for the coming years to ensure continuity.

The acquisition means MySky now supports over 1,500 aircraft under subscription across its global platform.

“Turkey is a dynamic and strategic market for MySky,” said Kiril Kim, co-founder and CEO of MySky. “This is not just about scheduling. It’s about enabling operators with fully integrated tools for cost control, budgeting, quoting, and beyond. There is a lot more to come.”

The move follows MySky’s successful expansion into the UAE with the opening of its Dubai office three years ago and represents a strategic bridge between Europe and Asia, according to the company.

MySky made headlines in September when it reported Thrive Aviation doubled its managed fleet from 13 to 30 aircraft in 18 months following its adoption of MySky’s financial automation platform.

Founded in 2018, Thrive now ranks among the top 15 charter operators on Private Jet Comparisons and has appeared on the Inc. 5000 list for four consecutive years.
