Mozambique ratifies Cape Town Convention

Mozambique has ratified the Cape Town Convention and Aircraft Protocol which is designed to protect the rights of aircraft financiers to repossess aircraft.

It will come into law on the first of November.

Mozambique is the 52^nd state to ratify the convention.
