Minsheng Financial Leasing has delivered the first Gulfstream G650 to be registered on the Chinese mainland B- registry.

According to records G650ER (MSN 618) was B-3255 in May. It flew via Anchorage, Alaska, on delivery to Tianjin.

The aircraft is managed and operated by Deer Jet in Beijing on behalf of its new owners. Deer Jet say that they have plans in place to add up to 10 G650 G650ERs to its fleet in the near future.

The aircraft wears the same tail motif as another Gulfstream G550 (MSN 5364 / B-8261). That aircraft is operated by Deer Jet Beijing on behalf of the Bairong Group.

Bairong own a large property portfolio, including one of the largest shopping malls in Beijing.

The CAAC, China’s civil aviation regulator, certificated the Gulfstream G650 and G650ER in February 2017.

Sam Rabbitt of aircraft broker AvPro estimated in February that there were around 30 G650s operating in the greater China region, with the majority registered in the Cayman Islands.
