The platform is built on an open, integration-first architecture rather than a closed system, according to Levo.

Levo has launched Flight Leads, a new AI-powered sales dashboard inside its Levo AI platform.

Flight Leads matches both wholesale and retail flight requests from a company inbox and wholesale aggregators with aircraft availability — all pre-priced based on specific pricing rules, with the quote pre-filled and ready to send via email and SMS.

Joe Moeggenberg, Levo’s CEO told CJI: “Charter operators have been juggling five or six disconnected screens to manage inbound demand for two decades — by the time a quote gets out, the trip is often already gone. Flight Leads puts every request in one place, matched to the right aircraft and priced on the operator’s own rules, one click from a sent quote.”

The platform is built on an open, integration-first architecture rather than a closed system. The largest external connection is to the operator’s own flight scheduling software, integrated via API and webhooks, so the engine works from the operator’s live operational picture rather than a static snapshot.

It combines the full response process on one AI-powered screen. Each inbound inbox and aggregator request arrives already matched to the appropriate tail based on scheduled availability, priced against the operator’s own rules and one click from a sent quote. Availability, routing, block time, pricing, lead quality, and trip notes sit in front of the rep the moment the request lands.

Janine Jamison, vice president, Industry Development, Levo said: “Every charter sales group told us the same thing — they live on the sell screen because they can’t afford to miss a request, then lose the request anyway while they piece together a quote. Flight Leads hands them a screen that’s already filtered to viable matches, already priced and wired into the rest of their workflow. We put the  intelligence to win the deal right where the rep is already working.”

Speed-to-quote is the entire game in charter sales, according to Levo. A screen that only announces requests from one system and requires input from other tools is a tax on every deal, it added. Flight Leads collapses lead triage from multiple systems, matching, pricing and quoting into one self updating workspace. This adds revenue without adding headcount, and at a fraction of the cost of the decades-old legacy charter marketing platforms.

Moeggenberg said: “Flight Leads is designed to recover revenue operators are currently losing to slow response times — the first operator to respond with a competitive quote wins the trip most often, and the current multi-system workflow costs operators that window consistently. On pricing, Levo is substantially less expensive than the legacy aggregator platforms that have dominated the space for two decades, allowing operators to participate in a modern demand channel without the cost structure of legacy systems eating into their margins.”

Flight Leads updates itself the moment new requests arrive. Requests routed through aggregators are tagged with a badge and can be hidden with a single toggle so only retail requests are highlighted, and an aircraft schedule filter helps to narrow the quoting options to only viable tails. Clicking on any “quoted” or “confirmed” request drops the rep back into the full Levo quote — including the entire email thread, traveler requests and terms — so the full sales motion stays in one place from first request to confirmed trip.
