Jet Maintenance Solutions (JET MS) can now perform maintenance on Bombardier Challenger 604s and 605s.

The EASA certification means that the company can now perform scheduled maintenance tasks, AOG support and material management for Challenger aircraft. The company is also certificated to carry out corrosion and structural repairs on the aircraft.

The company is already supporting a number of operators who have Challenger aircraft in their fleets.

“Currently, there are about 190 Bombardier Challenger 604/605 aircraft in-service. These business jets are operated by nearly 50 carriers from Europe, Russia & the CIS, the Middle East and North Africa.”

Darius Saluga, the CEO at JET MS said: “Currently, there are about 190 Bombardier Challenger 604/605 aircraft in-service. These business jets are operated by nearly 50 carriers from Europe, Russia & the CIS, the Middle East and North Africa. Some of those operators are already amongst our customers who have previously entrusted our highly skilled engineers with the maintenance of their other aircraft types.”

“By adding Bombardier Challenger 604/605 to our EASA Part-145 capabilities, we aim at enhancing the support we currently provide to our existing clients as well as attract new customers from Europe and other regions. And we are certainly glad to welcome our first two Challenger 605s just within days after the receipt of the certificate. This proves both the market’s demand and trust in our MRO products,” Saluga added.

Jet Maintenance Solutions has already accepted its first two Challenger aircraft aircraft at its Vilnius, Lithuania facility.
