Biggin Hill-based private jet operator, Interflight Air Charter has taken delivery of its newly refurbished Hawker 800XP and the aircraft is now available for charter.

“We’re very excited to have taken delivery of the aircraft and have now completed the refurbishment with a new paint scheme and interior.”

Tom Masey, ground operations manager of Interflight said: “We’re very excited to have taken delivery of the aircraft and have now completed the refurbishment with a new paint scheme and interior. The aircraft comfortably seats eight passengers in a unique double club configuration and boasts a stand up cabin and in-flight entertainment centres. With no owner release and with Biggin Hill’s flexible opening hours, we are available for charters any time of the day or night.”

As the third generation of the 800 series, the XP has better cruise and climb speeds, runway performance and weight limits than its predecessors.

“The aircraft joins our other two Hawkers in the fleet, a 10-seat Hawker 125-700B and Hawker 125-800B,” added Masey.

Interflight was established in 1974, is based at London Biggin Hill Airport. The company operates a worldwide AOC and in addition to charter flights, offers a range of specialist services including aircraft management, technical services and consultancy.
