Hawker Beechcraft reports 2010 third quarter results

Hawker Beechcraft Acquisition Company has
reported net sales for the three months that ended on 30 September 2010 of
$594.7 million, a decrease of $163.0 million compared to the third quarter of
2009. During the third quarter of 2010, the Company delivered 49 business and
general aviation aircraft compared to 64 during the same period in 2009.

During the three months that ended on 30
September 2010, the company recorded an operating loss of $81.4 million,
compared to an operating loss of $721.1 million during the comparable period in
2009.

Backlog was $1.9 million on 30 September
2010 compared with $2.4 million on the 27 September 2009. The current backlog
includes 34.6% of orders that are expected to be delivered in the next 12
months.

Hawker Beechcraft delivered a single
Hawker 4000, five Hawker 900XPs, a Hawker 750, Hawker 400XP and two Premiers in
the third quarter 2010 a total of ten executive jets. In the third quarter 2009
they delivered four Hawker 4000s, 11 Hawker 900XPs, a Hawker 750, four Hawker
400XPs and five Premiers a total of 25 aircraft in the quarter.

In the nine months of 2010, the company
has delivered 37 executive jets, in the same period of 2009 the company
delivered 64 executive jets.
