Gulfstream opens dedicated customer support office in Singapore

More than Gulfstream 3,500 aircraft are in service around the world.
Gulfstream Aerospace has established its first formal customer support office in Singapore, located at Jet Aviation’s local facility, as part of an effort to expand its service presence across Asia-Pacific.
The office is staffed by eight Gulfstream professionals covering technical management, materials, quality, field service and regional sales.
“Gulfstream is seeing increased activity across Asia, and Singapore was a natural choice for our next Customer Support expansion given its role as a leading aerospace hub,” said Lor Izzard, senior vice president, Gulfstream Customer Support. “Adding this dedicated on-site team allows us to deliver a more seamless and convenient service experience for customers across the region.”
Jet Aviation Singapore is one of six Gulfstream factory-authorised service centers worldwide. The new office adds to an existing regional footprint that includes nine field service representatives and three Gulfstream FAST airborne support teams across Asia-Pacific, plus 10 authorised warranty facilities globally.
Gulfstream also operates a 5,000sqft distribution center in Singapore, which fulfils more than 70% of regional parts orders and holds over $70m in spare parts inventory.
