FlightSafety International Dassault Falcon 7X theory maintenance initial course has been approved by EASA

FlightSafety
International has announced that its Dassault Falcon 7X theory maintenance
initial course has been approved by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
The course is available at FlightSafety’s Learning Centres in Dallas,
Texas and at the Paris-Le Bourget airport in France.

“EASA
approval of FlightSafety’s Dassault Falcon 7X Maintenance Initial Course demonstrates
our commitment to provide Customers around the world with the high quality
training programs they require,” said Mike Lee, director maintenance training
business development.

The 20 day
course is designed to meet the training requirements of technicians that have
limited experience maintaining the Falcon 7X aircraft. Areas covered include
component location, function, normal system operation, routine servicing, minor
troubleshooting and repair of aircraft systems.

Simulator
training is conducted outside normal class hours, to demonstrate normal systems
operation, as well as reinforcing classroom training on systems controls and
indications.

The course
objectives are aligned with ATA 104 Level III and EASA part 147
recommendations. The course has now received approval from the FAA, Transport Canada and
EASA.
