Freeman Holdings Group, the largest licensee of luxury FBO brand Million Air, is developing three new hangars at its St George, Moses Lake and Orlando locations as it expands its real estate footprint across key US markets.

The three projects vary in scale and target market.

The largest is a 40,000sqft hangar at Million Air Moses Lake in Washington, built primarily for commercial and government narrow-body clients, with capacity for two Boeing 737s or a single Boeing 757 on a long-term basis.

The facility, positioned adjacent to the terminal and near the customs ramp, also has the flexibility to accommodate general aviation clients on a shorter-term basis. Completion is expected in January 2027.

At Million Air St George in Utah, Freeman is breaking ground on a 22,500sqft ramp-facing hangar that will be the largest on the field upon completion, capable of accommodating aircraft up to a Gulfstream G650 or Bombardier Global 6000. The hangar features a 150ft-wide by 28ft-high door and will offer leasing options ranging from transient parking to exclusive subleases. Completion is also targeted for January 2027.

Million Air Orlando at Sanford International Airport is furthest along, with a 30,500sqft hangar already under construction targeting mid-size to large-cabin business jets and corporate, charter and transient traffic. That facility is expected to be ready by August 2026.

“The developments enhance operational efficiency and allow for increased capacity,” the company said.
