Embraer and AgustaWestland terminate talks in Brazil

Embraer and AgustaWestland have agreed to terminate talks on a possible joint venture in Brazil.

Following the press release jointly issued on 21 January 2013, related to the memorandum of understanding signed by Embraer and AgustaWestland – a Finmeccanica company – the two companies have announced their joint decision to terminate negotiations without reaching an agreement for the establishment of a joint venture in Brazil.
