Moline, IL – 7 December 2021 – Elliott Aviation has hired Adrienne Wheeler as VP of Talent & Culture and promoted Dawn Randall to Interim Marketing Manager.

Adrienne Wheeler has nearly 20 years of HR experience in the professional services and manufacturing industries. Most recently she led the talent acquisition and development function for a large Iowa-based manufacturing organisation, HNI Corporation. Adrienne is a certified leadership development coach and has progressive experience leading high volume recruiting, employment branding, talent development and succession planning as well as leading HR operations. Adrienne has a passion for continuous improvement and for developing relationships to drive change and solve strategic business problems.

“The last several months have been particularly challenging for HR leaders. The competition for talent is at an all-time high, COVID restrictions and vaccine mandates create challenging environments for our workforce, and the great resignation all compound to really force leaders to think differently about how we work, how we manage morale and retention, and how we keep employees safe and happy at work,” said Wheeler. “I am excited to bring my experience and expertise in several key areas to drive change at Elliott Aviation and am professionally excited to learn a new industry, and do that within an industry leading organisation.”

Dawn Randall has been with Elliott Aviation since 2008. She started her career as an upholstery technician, advanced to 2nd shift interior team lead, and then spent 2 years as Data Analyst and Estimator on the Tech Sales team. For the past 5 years, she has excelled as the Completions Planner, contributing significantly to the success of the Paint and Interior teams.

“Elliott Aviation has provided me multiple opportunities to grow my skill set and move forward in my career,” said Randall. “I have enjoyed working with the team here in Moline over the past 13 years, and I am excited for my new chapter in our marketing department.”

“Adrienne’s tremendous experience makes her a perfect fit for Elliott Aviation’s current growth and development initiatives; and moving Dawn into this marketing role is another great opportunity to reward a long tenure employee, who has excelled in every role she’s had, with the chance to grow professionally and increase her contributions to the business,” said Greg Sahr, President and CEO of Elliott Aviation.
