Duncan Aviation completes unique GV paint job

Duncan Aviation recently painted a Gulfstream GV unlike any other. The aircraft, N888XY, is branded SEXYjet and is managed by Metropolitan Aviation.

The owner’s personal designer and Duncan Aviation completions designers worked together to make the original concept applicable to aviation, meeting FAA requirements for things like registration numbers, placarding, and paint reflectance values.

Bajo added: “Of course, a design on paper goes nowhere without an extremely talented team of paint technicians who can bring it to life. In this case, through more than 3,000 hours of hard, physical labor, our paint team created a stunning paint scheme that will make a statement everywhere it goes.”

“Our client wanted an aircraft that stood out among other aircraft. I believe we achieved that goal,” added Bajo.

Metropolitan Aviation is based in Manassas Airport and the GV is available for charter.

The owner of SEXYjet is US entrepreneur Mark Bonfigli. He and his wife, Marisa, are the driving force behind SEXY Beach Tennis, a growing international sport recognised by the International Tennis Federation (ITF).
