Deer Jet completes the acquisition of Asia Jet

Deer Jet, through its subsidiary Hong Kong Airlines Corporate Jet (Hong Kong Jet), has completed the acquisition of Asia Jet.

Following the signature of a Shareholders Agreement, Hong Kong Jet has acquired 100% equity of Asia Jet.

In the future, Hong Kong Jet will be able to provide more services for aircraft registered under the US, Bermuda and Hong Kong.

Hong Kong Jet was founded in 2009 and operates as a subsidiary of Deer Jet. The company operates business aviation services including jet charter, management and maintenance.

In 2015, Hong Kong Jet increased its jet fleet under its management by more than 80%, and maintenance hours up by 110% year-on-year. Hong Kong Jet recently received a FAA Part 145 repair operation certification. The company had previously received a Part 91 and a Part 145 certification in Hong Kong, Bermuda and Cayman Islands.
