Bombardier Business Aircraft expands worldwide sales force

Bombardier Aerospace has expanded its worldwide sales force with six new posts in key markets

Bombardier Aerospace has
announced that it has added four new sales directors and two sales managers.

“We are further
strengthening our team and positioning ourselves for what we see as positive momentum.
We are firmly focused on growing our Learjet, Challenger and Global business
jet presence worldwide,” said Bob Horner, senior vice president, sales, Bombardier
Business Aircraft.

In the Asia-Pacific region,
the company has two additions to the Asia-Pacific team Carine Truong, sales director,
Asia-Pacific, responsible for North and South-East Asia, excluding Indonesia;
and Michael Han, sales director, China, including Hong Kong and Macau. Having
worked in the aviation industry since 1994, Carine Truong has a solid aircraft
sales background. She holds a master’s degree in Aeronautics and Transport
Engineering and is based in Hong Kong. Mr. Han
has and impressive sales track record, backed by over 14 years working in the
aviation industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering and
is based in Beijing.

In the Russia, CIS and
Eastern Europe region the team adds Philippe Dalcher, sales director, Russia;
and Manny Kapranos, sales manager, Russia and CIS. Mr. Dalcher brings
several years of experience in investment banking and wealth management for
Russian high net worth individuals. He holds a master’s degree in Economics. Mr.
Kapranos has over four years experience with the Bombardier Business Aircraft
marketing team, providing strong support to the sales organization in the areas
of finance, strategy and governance. He holds a master’s degree in Business
Administration and Bachelor of Commerce. He now supports the Russia, CIS and Eastern
Europe sales team.

Ross Mitchell is appointed
to sales director, Eastern Europe. With
Bombardier Aerospace for over 12 years, Mr. Mitchell brings proven
international sales success, having spent 10 years with Bombardier’s Commercial
Aircraft sales team. He holds both a bachelor’s degree in economics and a law
degree. Mr. Mitchell and Mr. Kapranos are both based at Bombardier’s sales
headquarters in the United
Kingdom.

In the Middle East and
Africa region, the company has appointed Hani Haddadin is named sales manager,
Middle East and Africa. Mr. Haddadin brings
first-hand knowledge and proven experience in aviation, including four years in
the Bombardier Business Aircraft
sales support team and holds a Bachelor of Engineering/Science. He is based in
Montréal.
