Bombardier will be deploying addition aircraft support at the Super Bowl in Indianapolis on 5 February 2012 and have announced plans to have addition resources available during the 2012 London Olympics

Bombardier Aerospace
announced that it will offer additional on-site technical support for
Bombardier’s Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft operators
attending the NFL Super Bowl being held in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Bombardier field service
representatives will be on location at Fixed Based Operation to greet
customers and sort out any problems the operators might have. The extended
Bombardier Customer Services team in North America,
including parts logistics representatives and mobile repair engineers, are also
prepared to accommodate the higher flow of regional traffic during the event.

“Providing comprehensive
on-site support at major international events is a regular part of our
commitment to put our customers first and deliver world-class service and
support,” said Andy Nureddin, vice president, Customer Services and Support,
Bombardier Business Aircraft. “The Bombardier team will be on the ground to
ensure each one of our customers attending the event comes away feeling like a
winner.”

Bombardier also announced
that during the 2012 London Olympic Games, the company will be bolstering its
local presence for business aircraft customers. Bombardier Customer Services
will deploy its additional support between 23 July and 17 August 2012 to ensure
efficient operation for all business aircraft operators traveling to the area.

The Bombardier plan includes
five field service representatives on-site in the London
area and a mobile response team in close proximity to London airports. Qualified technicians will
also be on standby at the company’s nearby wholly owned Schiphol Service Centre
in Amsterdam as
well as at TAG Aviation Farnborough and Ocean Sky Jet Centre Luton, both
authorised service centres.
