Boeing Business Jets has received an order for a BBJ 777-300ER from an undisclosed customer.
Captain Steve Taylor, president of Boeing Business Jets, says: “2014 continues to be a positive year for BBJ with strong order activity. Customers are showing strong interest in our wide-body VIP products and the BBJ 777-300ER is an airplane that really provides unmatched comfort and range on long-haul flights.”
The business jet market is still showing real interest in the Boeing wide-body aircraft as executive transports.
This is the second wide-body order for the Boeing Business Jet this year. Since BBJ introduced the 747-8 and 787 in 2006, wide-body airplanes have accounted for nearly 40 per cent of the total net orders for BBJ aircraft.

The BBJ 777-300ER has a cabin size of 3,641 sq ft (338 sq m) with a range capability of 9,220 nautical miles (17,075 km).
Customers have ordered 217 Boeing Business Jets and 195 aircraft have delivered since 1996 when Boeing Business Jets was formed.
