Avpro showcases helicopter brokerage at Heli-Expo

Avpro will exhibiting its helicopter brokerage at HAI Heli-Expo in California.

Avpro and Heli Asset announced a merger at NBAA 2013.

Avpro will exhibit its helicopter brokerage at HAI Heli-Expo from 25 -27 February in Anaheim, California, after closing a number of pre-owned VIP and utility helicopter deals since merging with Heli Asset in October 2013. It currently has several other helicopters under contract, with deals due to close during this year’s Heli-Expo.

“We are reaping early benefits from joining forces with Avpro,” said Emmanuel Dupuy, head of Avpro’s helicopter division and formerly the founder of Heli Asset.

“Being organised in this way allows us to interact with the market far more accurately and as a result provide unparalleled guidance to clients. Specialising by model also enables our sales agents to track quality/price ratios of every serial number for sale, transaction history and sales pipeline,” added Dupuy.

Avpro assisted with the acquisition of three EMS Airbus Helicopters EC135 T2+ for Avincis and managed the sale of a utility configured Agusta A109E Power on behalf of Kocoglu Group, Turkey’s largest civil helicopter operator.

Avpro also expanded its reach into Asia with pan-Asian business aviation consulting group Asian Sky Group in 2012.
