ADAC and R-Office signingAbu Dhabi Airports Company
(ADAC) signed a lease agreement with R-Offices to provide serviced offices to businesses at Al Bateen Executive Airport.

The agreement was signed
between Ian Lloyd, chief executive
R-Offices and Mohammed Al Bulooki, chief commercial officer Abu Dhabi
Airports Company at Abu Dhabi Air Expo 2012.

Ian Lloyd said “Abu Dhabi is growing at an impressive pace
and having closely watched the rapid development of services and facilities to
the aviation community at Al Bateen Executive Airport, we view it as an ideal
location to operate and do business in the capital.”

Mohammed Al Bulooki said “Al Bateen is now able to offer a wider choice of lease
options to its expanding aviation community. The combination of prime serviced
and non-serviced office facilities and the Free Zone, provides benefits such as
plug & play convenience, and reduced fit-out costs for companies that
require flexibility. This new venture is part of Abu Dhabi Airport Company’s
strategic focus on Public-Private Partnerships in delivering new projects in
its airports and free zones.”

This latest announcement
follows the signing of an agreement with the Swiss catering firm, Gate Gourmet,
which already commenced construction of a business jet catering facility at Al
Bateen.
