328 Group subsidiary introduces third party engineering training on the Dornier 328 turbprop and jet at German base.

328 Support Services, a part of the 328 Group, has expanded services to the Dornier 328 aircraft at its Oberpfaffenhofen headquarters in Germany.

This follows the company’s EASA Part 147 training organisation approval certificate and adding to its portfolio of Dornier 328 approvals.

328 Support Services is the type certificate holder for the Dornier 328 (jet and turboprop series), an approved production organisation (EASA Part 21G) for the production and sale of new and spare Dornier 328 parts and an approved EASA Part 145 maintenance organisation offering Dornier 328 aircraft maintenance, overhaul, repairs, retrofit and refurbishment work.

Dave Jackson, managing director of 328 Group, said: “This is another significant milestone for our team and further extends our comprehensive package of services offered to Dornier 328 operators. With a cost-effective and approved professional training solution here at our HQ, we believe this new training will prove a highly attractive proposition to the operators of some 150 Dornier 328’s currently flying.”
