Bombardier saw 200 aircraft owners, operators and suppliers attend its regional maintenance and operations conference in Vienna, Austria.

The conference wais tailored for operators of Bombardier business aircraft based in Europe, Russia, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Middle East and Africa.

Fifty hours of technical updates individually tailored to each of Bombardier’s Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft platforms were presented.

“Year after year, we have seen a growing interest in these types of events,” said Eric Martel, president, Bombardier Customer Services & Specialized and Amphibious Aircraft. “We take advantage of opportunities like these to listen to our customers and collect their feedback to ensure we put the right measures in place to provide the best support possible.”
