The most suitable visa for CJI India attendance is the e-Business Visa (30 days, 1 year or 5 years, depending on the applicant). Other visa options are also available.

When should I apply?
Eligible applicants can apply for an e-Business Visa online at least 4 days before arrival and up to 120 days in advance.

When will my e-Visa be issued?
Processing may take 72 hours or more. Your visa status will be sent to the email address provided in your application.

What is the validity of an e-Business Visa?
An e-Business Visa is valid for 365 days from the date of ETA grant, with multiple entries. Each stay must not exceed 180 days. No registration is required for stays under 180 days. For stays exceeding 180 days, registration with the FRRO/FRO is required within two weeks after the 180-day period.

Who needs a Yellow Fever Vaccination Card?
Foreigners arriving in India within 6 days of departing a yellow fever-endemic country must carry an original, valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
