We started the company based on the individual requirements of our clients for full transparency and unbiased technical reporting. This was identified as a niche area and is proving time and again to keep deals on course and ensure closing can be accomplished where sometimes it may have fallen short. We bring narrative and fulfil the delivery conditions with full explanations and assist, when needed, with fair arbitration.

We are a can-do team of ready to go auditors and engineers. We are proud to say that to date we have never let a client down having just engaged with our 400th aircraft, being deliveries, sales and maintenance oversight, valuations and insurance expertise. Priyantha Brito is a seasoned aviation professional with over 20 years of experience in the aviation and aerospace industry. He currently serves as the Vice President – Procurement & Operations at Aviation Services Management (ASM), where he leads critical functions including fuel procurement, supplier relationship management, and overall operational oversight.

A recognized expert in jet fuel supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and aviation contract negotiations, Mr. Brito has been instrumental in securing bulk fuel agreements, streamlining supplier networks, and leading direct negotiations with global oil majors. His deep operational insight across business aviation, air freight, and ground handling has been a driving force behind ASM’s continued global expansion.

Previously, Mr. Brito held several key leadership roles at ASM, including Executive Director – Business Development (Fuel & Special Projects) for over 11 years and Director – Business Development (Fuel & Ground Handling) for nearly nine years. Based in Dubai, he continues to champion innovation and efficiency across aviation fuel procurement, supply chain optimization, and operational strategy.

In addition to his executive responsibilities at ASM, Mr. Brito serves as the Deputy Accountable Manager at ASM AIR, the company’s dedicated aircraft management division. In this role, he plays a pivotal part in overseeing charter operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a seamless service experience for private jet owners and charter clients. He began his aviation career in 2004 at Cranfield Airport, as Sales Manager responsible for Bell Helicopter sales in the UK.
Alongside his professional achievements, Mark’s passion for flying is evident from obtaining his Private Pilot License and from his role as instructor for an airline simulator company teaching members of the public to fly an airliner and how to overcome their fear of flying.
In 2008, Mark joined Action Aviation as Sales Director and worked closely with the company’s Founder, Captain Hamish Harding.

Christopher Marich is an entrepreneur, co-founder and global strategy director of MySky.
Marich set up his first venture at the age of 14, a goods delivery service. He graduated from the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne with a degree in hospitality management and worked in the aviation industry for several years, later setting up his own aviation business, focused on charter capacity commercialization.
In 2015, together with his friend Kirill Kim, Marich noticed that management companies, consultants, and jet owners were struggling to manage their finances, provide transparent documentation, and maintain jet profits. Dumani who has been in the aviation industry for 20 years has a BA (Hons) Business Management from the University of Birmingham and holds a number of industry certifications.
Prior to joining ExecuJet Dumani worked with Universal Weather & Aviation as well as Bombardier in the UK where he gained valuable knowledge and exposure facilitating flight operations for some of the world’s most exclusive and demanding clientele.

Capt. Sakeer Sheik is the Founder and Managing Director of Titan Aviation, a leading Aircraft Management and Charter Sales company headquartered in the USA with operations spread across worldwide.
Capt Sakeer Sheik who is driven by passion and love for Aviation is one of the youngest Pilot to own an aircraft in India and started his career in the mid 1990’s with a Pilot Training Academy (Flight School).
Later he moved to Dubai – UAE and formed Titan Aviation Group during 2004.
Capt. Sakeer is an Alumni of Embry Riddle. In the past, he has served as a Board Member, and Government Representative for Aviation companies based in the Middle East.

Marwan is both Chairman of the British Business and General Aviation Association (BBGA) and a board member of the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA).

Beginning his career as a Senior B-1B Instructor Pilot in the United States Air Force, he transitioned to roles as a Process Consultant and M&A Associate, managing complex process improvements and several acquisition projects. Subsequently, Mr. Neely served as Business Development Manager at Kenco Sales Inc., where he launched Kenco Brokerage Inc. as President, doubling revenue over a five-year period. He also served as President of Seattle Gourmet Foods Inc., leading its growth and eventual sale to Private Equity in July 2022.

Mr. Neely holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Technology Management from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. Originally educated at Frankfurt’s Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Germany in the area of Sports Science, Biology and Education he built his career with extensive experience in the areas of airline operations, aircraft brokerage, flight support as well as obtaining a commercial flight crew license back in 2001.

Sari has over 15 years of industry experience within aircraft charter, management and sales positions. Having grown up in the Middle East, Sari is fully immersed in the culture and knowledgeable of local aircraft inventory.
Sari is a graduate of the American University in Sharjah where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in finance and management. He resides in Dubai with his wife and four children.

In addition to setting up the corporate aviation department for Punj Lloyd Limited, a foremost Indian infrastructure company, and leading it for several years, Rohit served as the CEO of Indocopters Private Limited, the sales and support distributor of Airbus Helicopters (then Eurocopters) in India.
Rohit founded Arrow Aircraft in 2010, and was responsible for its vertical handling Gulfstream, HondaJet and Beechcraft sales.
