CAE announces simulator upgrade in UK facility

The Falcon 7X and Falcon 2000 full flight simulators at CAE’s Uk facilty in Burgess Hill have received Level D qualification by EASA for the new Easy II avionics package. The anouncement was made at ABACE in Shanghai, China.

“We are pleased that our long-time partner Dassault continues to trust CAE’s training solutions to support Dassault pilot training programs,” said Rob Lewis, CAE’s vice president and general manager, Business Aviation, Helicopter and Maintenance Training. “We will continue to offer cost-effective and industry-leading solutions to address the specific training needs of our customers.”

CAE became the first training provider for the Falcon 7X in 2007. CAE was also the first in the industry to provide EASA- and FAA-approved simulator training for the new Dassault EASy II cockpit on the Falcon 900 EASy series.
