Leviate adds aircraft, launches advisory group, prepares for airliner ops

One Bombardier Challenger 300 is based at John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, with the other at Dallas Love Field.
Leviate Air Group has added two Bombardier Challenger 300 aircraft to its managed fleet and launched an advisory group as it also prepares to begin Part 125 airliner operations.
All three efforts are aimed at broadening the company’s capabilities to deliver comprehensive aviation solutions, it said.
Luis Barros, founder and CEO of Leviate, said: “The expansion of our aviation ecosystem into advisory services, Part 125 operations and a rapidly growing nationwide charter fleet, is a testament to the dedication of our team members and integrated corporate approach. We’re building capability and flexibility for clients while staying focused on safe, well-structured operations and long-term value.”
The two Bombardier Challenger 300 aircraft joined in recent weeks. One is based at John Wayne Airport in Santa Ana, with the other at Dallas Love Field.
Leviate also launched an advisory group led by Eric DuFay, a former aviation executive at Netflix. The group will provide strategic guidance to corporations, executive teams and flight departments, evaluating aviation solutions that align with their operational needs and business objectives.
The group is also preparing for the imminent launch of Part 125 airliner operations, with an initial Boeing 767 currently under contract with Leviate. Plans centre on managing and operating the VIP 767 under a Part 125 structure for the aircraft owner, and potential future exploration of Part 121 operations.
Listen to Barros on a recent episode of The Corporate Jet Investor Podcast: “Find people that do things better than you”. He explains how he bought the company he once worked for and why he went to Columbia Business School to study private equity. Barros also touches on how he plans to double Leviate organically, but acquisitions could make it five times larger.
