PrivatPort promotes Aldo Salzillo and Desigen Vythilingum

Salzillo, who has spent 25 years with Swissport including 23 in executive aviation, will oversee operations across PrivatPort’s nine dedicated FBOs.
PrivatPort has promoted Aldo Salzillo to chief operating officer and Desigen Vythilingum to chief commercial officer, effective October 7, as the Swissport-backed executive aviation brand continues to build out its leadership team following its launch in July 2026.
Both report to CEO Josua Hildbrand and were previously Global Heads within the organisation.
Salzillo, who has spent 25 years with Swissport including 23 in executive aviation, will oversee operations across PrivatPort’s nine dedicated FBOs and more than 70 partner locations across four continents.
“Our clients judge us on the minutes between touchdown and the car door,” he said. “My job is to make sure those minutes feel just as effortless at every PrivatPort location, wherever in the world they land.”
Vythilingum will lead commercial strategy, partnerships and network development worldwide. “My vision is to build an international network that our clients will trust for its operational precision, and passengers and crews remember for its hospitality,” he said. “We will measure our success through sustainable growth, the loyalty of our customers and the pride our colleagues take in what we achieve together.”
“Aldo and Desigen have helped build PrivatPort since day one,” said Hildbrand. “These promotions recognise what they have already delivered and put them at the centre of where we go next.”
PrivatPort operates a 24/7 Operations Control Centre in Dubai that serves as a single coordination point for flight planning, slot coordination, ground handling, crew welfare, fuelling and permits across its global network.
