TLC Jet, backed by TLC Aviation, said Privaira Aviation, which it acquired in December 2025, is officially becoming part of the TLC Jet brand.

The two companies are uniting under one name for private jet charter, aircraft management and aviation support services.

“By bringing Privaira into the TLC Jet family, we’re creating a stronger organisation with expanded capabilities, broader resources, and a unified brand that better reflects the future of our company,” said Justin Firestone, President of TLC Jet.

Privaira’s on-demand charter services and jet inventory will begin operating under the TLC Jet brand as part of the transition. The company said it is preserving the people, safety standards and personalised service associated with Privaira, including its ARGUS Platinum safety rating and IS-BAO Stage II certification.

“Privaira brings meaningful new capability to the TLC Jet brand, particularly in aircraft management and its FAA Part 135 charter and brokerage certificate, an area where TLC Jet was formerly focused only on charter,” said Amanda Fisher, CEO of parent company TLC Aviation.

Flight operations will continue to be conducted by the same FAA Part 135 certificated air carrier, Sky One Holdings, with its ‘doing business as’ name changing from Privaira to TLC Jet as part of the transition. The company said existing charter clients will continue working with the same aviation professionals, and that its website, digital platforms and other customer touchpoints will transition to the TLC Jet brand over the coming months.

Retail customers booking charter travel through TLC Jet can earn miles and Loyalty Points on qualifying trips through the company’s partnership with the American Airlines AAdvantage programme.
