PlaneSense launches fractional financing programme with KSD Aviation

The financing programme is underwritten by KSD Capital, which has originated more than $5.5bn in loans.
PlaneSense has launched a fractional share financing programme with KSD Aviation, the aviation financing platform of KSD Capital.
The programme is available for purchasers of fractional shares in the Pilatus PC-12 turboprop and Pilatus PC-24 jet through the PlaneSense fractional programme.
Qualified buyers can finance up to 70% of their fractional share, aligning the loan term with their PlaneSense share term including an automatic two-year extension. Buyers will also benefit from a 15-year amortisation schedule which offers lower monthly rates and is indexed to Prime – the benchmark interest rate commercial banks charge their most creditworthy customers.
“Since 1995, we have focused on finding better, more intelligent ways to help individuals and businesses fly privately,” said George Antoniadis, president and CEO of PlaneSense. “For some prospective clients, financing can be an important part of the purchase decision. It allows them to preserve capital while still gaining access to the service and consistency of the PlaneSense experience.”
The KSD Aviation financing programme is available to both individuals and businesses. Individuals may qualify based on personal credit and financial strength, while corporate entities may qualify based on business strength.
“We built this programme around the PlaneSense fractional programme, so the financing fits an owner’s purchase precisely,” said Will Davis, CEO of KSD Capital. “Whether a client is buying personally or through their business, they can finance against the fractional share itself and remain in a strong equity position throughout the term. That level of integration, backed by an institutional private credit platform, is what sets the program apart.”
Financing is available now for new and rollover fractional share purchases. Prospective owners can learn more through their PlaneSense sales executive or by visiting planesense.com/finance.
