Florida-based private aviation broker V2 Jets has acquired Corporate Aviation, a rival charter brokerage in an expansion push.

The deal brings Corporate Aviation’s advisors and client base under the V2 Jets umbrella, expanding the company’s advisory staff and service capacity.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

V2 Jets co-founders Steven Rosenzweig and Guy Endzweig cited growing demand for flexible, non-membership private aviation as a driver behind the move.

“Corporate Aviation has built meaningful relationships and earned a respected reputation in this industry,” said Steven Rosenzweig, co-founder of V2 Jets. “Bringing their team into the V2 Jets family gives us the opportunity to build on that foundation, expand our advisory bench, and continue delivering the experience our clients expect as we grow.”

Corporate Aviation’s existing client relationships and industry experience were key factors in the acquisition.

V2 Jets operates without membership fees or upfront commitments, positioning itself against traditional jet card programmes. The company also offers V2 Vault and the Obsidian Membership for frequent flyers.
