Synder new general counsel at Hawker Beechcraft

Alexander Snyder has been appointed as vice president, general counsel and secretary at Hawker Beechcraft.

He joins from Koch Industries in Wichita where he served as associate general counsel for corporate and commercial matters and chief counsel for mergers and acquisitions.

Snyder spent seven years at Davis Polk & Wardwell and four years at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.
