STACK.aero to showcase customer relationship management (CRM) integration with FL3XX’s aircraft operations platform at EBACE 2024.

This will be the first time EBACE delegates will have the chance to explore the joint system, which has been designed to improve sales, management and operational workflows for customers, including charter brokers and operators, aircraft management companies and flight departments.

Greg Jarrett, STACK.aero CEO said: “We are looking forward to showing delegates how the integration enables more powerful commercial tools, including interactive digital presentations, consistent customer communications, reliable reporting and analytics. The integrated system saves time, reduce errors, optimise budgets, and remove silos to present easy-to-access, reliable customer information in real-time across both platforms.”

The single platform creates a portfolio of CRM, commercial, marketing, reporting, financial and administrative tools. Additional value is added by integrating with the FL3XX system. For example, trip requests, quotes, and bookings are generated in STACK.aero and automatically align with CRM data held within the FL3XX system to present the user with detailed information about passenger preferences, likes and dislikes. This information is then shared with FL3XX to support the flight operation.

Paolo Sommariva, CEO and founder of FL3XX added: This integration allows us to directly address the daily challenges our operators encounter. It’s about providing our clients with an experience that feels effortless and deeply intuitive, effectively bridging the space between achieving operational goals and exceeding customer expectations.”

EBACE delegates are invited to visit booth E54 for a full demonstration.

Catherine Buchanan, business development director at STACK.aero, will join the UAS forward discussion panel to discuss how technology supports personalisation. The panel will take place on Wednesday 29 May, at 3pm on the UAS booth B51.
