SR Technics redelivered its second VIP aircraft on-time


Company redelivered its second VIP aircraft on-time to a Middle East customer. SR Technics is part of the Mubadala Aerospace MRO network

SR Technics, part of the Mubadala Aerospace MRO network, redelivered its second VIP aircraft on-time to a Middle Eastern customer.

After a complete refurbishment in SR Technics’ VIP facilities in Zurich, the aircraft cabin features an upgraded state-of-the-art In-flight Entertainment (IFE) system and an additional communications system. The redelivery of the second VIP aircraft took place in mid-August.

A heavy maintenance C-Check was carried out in parallel. This allowed the aircraft out of service downtime to be kept to a minimum.

The customer’s project team, responsible for signing off the aircraft, commented: “We were very impressed by the flexibility and reliability of SR Technics’ dedicated VIP team. Whatever our need was, we always felt very well looked after throughout the project. The whole team demonstrated a very proactive approach and came up with creative solutions to meet our needs in every aspect. From the start they delivered an outstanding quality and lived up to the high expectations we had of a Swiss company. Looking at our new interior they have already achieved a quality level which is industry benchmark. We are looking forward to working with SR Technics in the future.“
