PlaneSense, a fractional aircraft ownership company based in New Hampshire, has signed an order for five Nextant 400XTi business jets from Nextant Aerospace.

Sean McGeough, president and CEO of Nextant says: “This announcement represents the culmination of months of work between our two companies. We’re very excited to partner with a first class operation such as PlaneSense. We have worked closely with their management team over the last year and believe the 400XTi will be a perfect complement to their current fleet of Pilatus PC-12 aircraft.”

George Antoniadis, president and CEO of PlaneSense, adds: “Historically our program has only inducted new aircraft into our fleet. We have been very impressed with the Nextant 400XTi remanufacturing process and the resulting enhancements. Thus, we have decided to integrate this aircraft into the PlaneSense fleet.”

The agreement is for two firm deliveries this year and the option for three in the future. The first delivery is to take place in June and the second early in the fourth quarter.
