Luxaviation rolls-out new customer portal


Luxaviation has successfully rolled-out a new fully-integrated online management system to give users a real-time travel management solution.

The system has been created to provide a single point of contact for all Luxaviation clients. The Luxaviation customer portal integrates an aircraft specification application, empty-leg management with social sharing and a booking tool. All of it in a hub that allows customers to view and manage requests, quotes and bookings in real time.

Pieter Steyn, chief information officer, Luxaviation, said: “Our new one-stop online client platform with its wide range of applications is a significant achievement in the ever-changing aviation world. We are delighted to introduce this exciting and competitive technology to our customers to provide a complete, intuitive and user-friendly experience.”

The system is the result of “extensive research” into the a number of globally leading airline platforms. The scalable system has been partly developed in-house and can be adjusted instantly to meet emerging trends, according to Luxaviation. 

The Luxembourg-based firm’s new platform also allows customers to carbon offset any flight, and book with sustainable aviation fuel in locations where it is currently available.
