Company expands sales and support office in UAE
Hawker Beechcraft
Corporation announced at the Dubai Air Show that it has opened an expanded
office in Dubai.
The office is staffed by a team of sales and support staff available to provide
advice on the full Hawker Beechcraft product range of aircraft and turnkey solutions for
aircraft ownership and support. The decision to expand operations in the UAE
comes as demand for private aviation in the Middle East
continues to expand during the global downturn.
“We view the Middle East,
Dubai in particular, as one of our key international growth markets and expect
this to continue as the Arab nations continue to grow in importance in the
global economy,” said Sean McGeough, HBC president, Europe, Middle East and
Africa. “Therefore the new Dubai
office will help us expand our presence in the region and capitalise on
customer demand.”
The opening of the Hawker
Beechcraft Dubai sales and support office comes shortly after the launch of its
new parts distribution centre in Dubai.
