Gama appoints Trevor Jones as director of client relations

Company appoints very experienced client relations director

Trevor JonesGama Aviation has appointed Trevor
Jones as director of client relations with immediate effect.  Working
closely with Gama chief executive officer Marwan Khalek, Trevor will be
responsible for continuing to maintain and develop the high quality service
offering to Gama Aviation’s client base.  The new role has been created to
support the sustained and continuous growth that Gama Aviation is experiencing
across its European operation.  

Trevor brings a wide range of skills and experience
from both corporate and public transport operations.  A commercial pilot
since 1980 and from 1993 as managing director of Manhattan Air and after that
Manhattan Jet he was responsible for the service provision to charter clients
and the aircraft management division at Farnborough.

Trevor Jones said “The next few years
will be an exciting time for growth in business aviation.  Gama has
already cemented its position and reputation both in Europe
and the rest of its global markets.  I welcome the opportunity to join the
team who I have known and worked with for more than 25 years, and to put my
knowledge and experience in our industry to good use.”

Marwan Khalek added: “As we’ve expanded
it’s always been important for us to retain the direct lines of communication
that our clients have traditionally had with our senior management team,
including myself.  By adding Trevor to our team, who knows and understands
the way in which Gama works, we are further improving our ability to respond to
our client needs.”

Trevor will be based at Gama’s
headquarters at Farnborough Airport, Europe’s
leading business airport.
