Eloi Dufour appointed by Dassault Aviation as director of Customer Relations and Field Services

Eloi DufourDassault Aviation has named
Eloi Dufour as director, Customer Relations and Field Service. In his new
position, Dufour will lead the entire Eastern Hemisphere front line customer
support organization including Customer Support Managers, Customer Support
Engineers at the Tech
Center and oversight of
Dassault’s Authorized Service Center Network. Dufour will continue to report to
Pierre Thiélin, vice president of Customer Support.

“During his tenure at
Dassault Falcon, Eloi has demonstrated strong leadership qualities and a
consistent ability to raise the level of expectations for our customers,” said
Jacques Chauvet, senior vice president of Worldwide Falcon Customer Service.
“His intimate experience with our product line and our team members will
be valuable assets in the new challenges he faces ahead.”

In 2008, Dufour was appointed by Dassault
Aviation, as director of the Authorized Service Center (ASC) Network and
responsible for raising its quality and capabilities as the Falcon fleet grew.
Under his leadership, four new ASCs were appointed in the Eastern Hemisphere,
the latest one being in India.
In 2009, he also took over responsibility for Dassault’s Maintenance Training
and successfully developed a new Falcon Practical Training program which to
date has served more than 230 trainees.

Dufour holds an engineering degree in
Aeronautics from the ESTACA aerospace engineering school. He has three
children.
