Cytora and JETNET announce partnership
Digital risk processing platform, Cytora, and JETNET have formed a strategic partnership aimed at giving insurers more insight into global aviation risk.
JETNET’s aviation intelligence APIs have large amounts of data on aircraft, fleets, market trends and historical aviation information. Through this partnership, insurers using Cytora’s risk processing platform will have access to JETNET’s APIs, with the aim of enhancing their underwriting processes.
With the enhanced platform already in use, Juan de Castro, chief operating officer of Cytora, said: “We are excited to partner with JETNET to deliver comprehensive global aviation risk insights to our customers. The integration of JETNET’s aviation intelligence APIs into our platform will enable insurers to make data-driven decisions, improve their underwriting processes, and effectively manage aviation risks.”
The nature of the industry means insurers require accurate and up-to-date information to make informed decisions, according to Cytora. By integrating the APIs into Cytora’s platform, insurance underwriters get real-time data on areas like aircraft valuations and market trends.
Josh Baird, vice president of Corporate Development of JETNET, said: “JETNET is thrilled to work with Cytora to bring to the market a cutting-edge solution to insurers. This marks the latest example of JETNET continuing to advance aviation intelligence.”
