Breaking: Four Corners Aviation buys UltraAir

UltraAir, an Omaha Nebraska aircraft management company, has been acquired by Four Corners Aviation.

Four Corners Aviation was launched in November 2021 by Aquilla Aviation Ventures. Aquilla was formed in April 2021 when Omaha investor City+Ventures partnered with aircraft broker Mente Group. City+Ventures already owned Millbrook Air, a New York aircraft management company.

“As we continue to grow all segments of our business, this acquisition helps us scale up our operation,” said Brian Proctor, CEO, Four Corners Aviation. “We have seen increased interest in all our product offerings, which include jet card solutions, aircraft management, and our innovative Freedom program.”

UltraAir has a fleet of five aircraft comprising of four Learjet 45s and one Falcon 7X. The company was founded in 2002. “This transaction will provide limitless opportunities for our employees and ensures that our customers will continue to receive A Flight Above the Rest for many years to come,” said UltraAir CEO, Scott Robertson, using the company’s trademarked slogan.

“As a company, UltraAir embodies the same values we do,” said  Proctor. “We understand that customers are looking for solutions and that’s what we deliver. Our growth strategy is focused on customer service and building a customized solution for each client we serve.”

Four Corners Aviation offers Corporate Jet as a Service (CJaaS). Rather than just offering ownership it Freedom product allows companies and individuals dedicated use of an aircraft without needing to own it. It also offers jet cards and aircraft management.
