Bombardier customer services have announced a Montreal business aircraft M&O conference

Bombardier Customer Services will be
delivering on its “You First,” customer promise during April. One event being
held in Montreal
is especially for business aircraft operators and owners.

“The face-to-face contact we have
with our customers and their direct feedback shape our services and support
offering around the world,” said Éric Martel, president, Bombardier Customer
Services & Specialized and Amphibious Aircraft. “Each year, based on
feedback from our customers, we strive to raise our highly successful operator
events to a new level, and this year I believe we will reach an all-time high.”

From 17 – 19 April 2012,
Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft operators are invited
to join Bombardier experts at the 2012 Maintenance & Operations (M&O)
conference, to be held at the Fairmont
Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montréal, Québec. The event is
centred on the needs of pilots, aircraft technicians and maintenance directors.
Bombardier specialists will be on hand to provide operational, maintenance and
safety updates, and training, as well as updates on each aircraft platform.

Bombardier will also
offer customers a lineup of high-profile speakers to add to the experience.
These include a cabotage specialist to address Canada-U.S. cross-border issues,
Canadian Space Agency astronaut Chris Hadfield, via a live feed, and Mikey
McBryan, star of the popular television show Ice Pilots: NWT.
