California-based charter company Axis Jet has added the Citation CJ3 to its charter fleet.

The 2005 light jet will be based at Sacramento Mather Airport (KMHR), California, near the company’s headquarters at Sacramento Executive Airport (KSAC).

“The addition of the CJ3 is a real boost to our ability to offer service in one of our most popular and versatile models,” said Amber Pancaro, flight coordination manager, Axis Jet. “This aircraft is a nice compliment to our growing class of CJ charter aircraft.”

The rest of the company’s private jet fleet contains the Citation XLS+ and two Citation CJ2 jets. The CJ3 can hold seven passengers, with a 1,000-mile range and climb performance.

Charter customers can take a virtual tour of the aircraft on Axis Jet’s website.
