ACJC delivers another ACJ319
Airbus Corporate Jet Centre (ACJC) has
delivered an ACJ319, to a undisclosed Head of State. The elegant VIP
cabin was designed by ACJC’s Design Studio.
The aircraft is to be used as a government
transport and is certified for 19 passengers. The ACJ319 has been designed with six
different zones in the passenger cabin.
The business-like main lounge is built around a table
that can accommodate up to six people, surrounded by two sideboards with fluid
shapes and a large liquid crystal display (LCD) monitor.
The aft zones comprise an office featuring Club Two seating and a sofa, a master bedroom including a
Queen-size bed with a divan, and a large independent washroom with full-height
“The cabin is designed to communicate comfort
throughout: from bright colours and fluid shapes to noble materials such as
high-quality leathers, polished marble and hand-made wool carpet,” says Sylvain
Mariat, head of the Airbus Corporate Jet Centre Design Studio.
Mariat continued “I wanted to create a simple
and refined atmosphere, lightly decorated by the contrast of dark and bright
colours, such as warm brown for some partitions and white ivory for furnishing.”
The aircraft is equipped with the most up date
communications developed by the ACJC team including Swift BroadBand.
“We are very proud of this Head of State cabin delivery. Our customer was
very amazed at the high quality of the cabin. It also commented that the
interior design is totally in line with initial expectations: being elegant and
sober, as well as very favourable for work and rest. This is also reinforced by our sound-proofing results: once again, ACJC has delivered one of the
quietest cabins of the market with less than 50 dB SIL in private areas,” says
Benoit Defforge, chief executive officer of the Airbus Corporate Jet Centre.
