Brazilian aircraft manufacturer dleivers 24 executive jets in third quarter of 2010

Brazilian aircraft manufacturer delivered a total of 24 executive jets
in the third quarter of 2010, comprising of 16 Phenom 100, six Phenom 300 and
two Lineage 1000 aircraft. In the third quarter 2009 the company delivered 22
Phenom 100s and five Legacy 600s, a total of 27 aircraft.

However, sales revenue from the Executive Aviation segment of Embraer
shows that there was a slight increase. In the third quarter of 2010, sales
were $201.0m, 19.3% of the total of $1,042.6m from the whole company compared
to $200.7m in the third quarter 2009, 16.1% of the total of $1,246.0m for the
whole company in the same period last year.

Deliveries for Embraer executive jets in the first nine months of 2010 total 83 aircraft, being 67
Phenom 100s, 11 Phenom 300s, two Legacy 600 and three Lineage 1000s.

Overall the year-to-date figures show that the Executive Aviation
segment has revenue of $512.4m in the first nine months which is 15.1% of the
company total of $3,387.1m.

The company expects to begin deliveries of the recently certified Legacy
650 business jet in the fourth quarter. Although deliveries were lower in the
third quarter 2010, revenues were higher due to the product mix and according
to the company 2010 continues to be a year of slow recovery.
