Victor reaches 10,000 members

Clive Jackson, founder and CEO of Victor, speaking at Corporate Jet Investor Miami 2014.

Victor, the company that introduced online booking for private jet flights, has reached 10,000 members since launching in 2011 with 20 members.

“We launched our pan-European service in August 2011 with 120 aircraft and a few hundred members, hoping that within 12 months, we could build a larger fleet and grow our membership to 1,500 ” says Clive Jackson, founder and CEO of Victor.

“We have remained steadfast to our aim of becoming the most trusted brand in on-demand private jet charter, have the most loyal customers and transact more bookings than any other company. 36 months on we count 10,000 members and our growth prospects only show signs of increasing.”

In March, Jackson told Corporate Jet Investor that he saw an opportunity to disrupt an entire industry.

“When I looked at the market closely I realised what an opaque service that charter brokers offer. You don’t see what aircraft you are necessarily flying, what commission they are charging,” says Jackson.

“Our customers include 60 plus millionaires and extremely busy executive assistants who particularly appreciate the speed at which the site gets quotes back.”

Earlier this year, Jackson was nominated as finalist for ‘Start-Up Entrepreneur of the Year’ in the 2014 Great Britain Entrepreneur Awards.
