Thomas Zimmer joins Vedder Price in San Francisco

Thomas A. Zimmer has joined Vedder Price as a shareholder on the Global Transportation Finance (GTF) team. He is based in the company’s San Francisco office.

Zimmer represents foreign clients in establishing operations in the United States, and US companies establishing operations outside the United States.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Zimmer was a partner in the Finance group for Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and co-leader of their Transportation Finance Group.
