TAG Aviation has announced the introduction of a new service which will aid business jet owners and operators of aircraft with a principal EU place of business or residence. The service  will help with the complexities and personal liabilities associated with the EASA Part-NCC regulations that come into force in August 2016 while maintaining the flexibility of their private operation, according to the company.

Part-NCC now requires each private operator to adhere to the same essential requirements as commercial air transport operators but the rules are proportionate.

Along with the creation and maintenance of an operations manual, every owner or operator must submit a compliance declaration to their national aviation authority accepting responsibility, accountability and liability for their operation under these new regulations.

Florent Sériès, vice-president sales and marketing for TAG Aviation Europe, said: “We understand that compliance is not a simple process, at times being both complicated and time consuming. TAG’s unique solution will also provide owners with the complete piece of mind that their aircraft will be operated to the highest safety and airworthiness standards and meeting the regulatory requirements of the European law and of the State of Registry.”

TAG will have a dedicated Part-NCC area on its exhibition booth during the EBACE event in Geneva.
