Sidanth’s Experience

  1. advised Empire Aviation in relation to their operations and management of private jet aircraft; and
  2. advised a large Indian conglomerate in relation to their purchase and financing of one Bombardier Global 6000 aircraft.

Background

“I started practicing as a tax lawyer, then morphed into an M&A lawyer and was part of the team that advised Kingfisher Airlines on their aircraft orders and leases (all of this was in India). I wanted to do more aviation related work but not as a local lawyer but as part of the transaction team, which made me move to London and practice aviation finance full time.”
