Kasyan Bartlett has joined aircraft broker Affinity Aviation.

Affinity Aviation launched at EBACE in May 2015. Founded by Andy Hoy, former head of aircraft sales at ExecuJet, Affinity has a flat commission scheme charging between 1% and 3% of an aircraft’s vaue.

Bartlett has held a number of aviation roles, including running an aerial imaging and survey business, being CEO of a boutique communications and overseeing the aviation assets of a global commodities company for the last three years.

“When looking for an individual to step into the fast moving and ever increasing remit of Affinity Aviation, we knew it was going to have to be someone that could hit the ground running,” said Hoy.

“They needed to show a real passion for aviation and share the same values and ethos, believing that simplicity, transparency and clarity are fundamental to fair and good business practice,” said Hoy. “Having worked with Affinity in the recent past on a successful aircraft sale and delivery, Kasyan was an obvious choice for the role.”
