Jet Aviation Zurich opens its expanded and newly-rebranded fixed base operations centre.

The new reception at Jet Aviation’s FBO in Zurich, Switzerland.

Jet Aviation has relocated its Zurich FBO to a new building erected alongside the city’s existing general aviation centre. The facility now includes a separate entrance with a new reception area and customer lounge.

“We are delighted with the enhancements to our FBO in Zurich which highlight the quality of our handling services and our experienced personnel,” said Monica Beusch, general manager of Jet Aviation Zurich and head of FBO Services in EMEA and Asia.

The company has also moved its operations centre ramp-side, separating it from the customer area and situating it closer to the more spacious customs and immigration area.

“Our goal is to provide a positive customer experience by anticipating customer requirements and ensuring their utmost comfort,” added Beusch.
